[cite: 13]These Terms & Conditions (T&C) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the company Elodie CLAVIER (Sole Proprietorship / Entrepreneur Individuel) and any person making a purchase on the website www.elodieclavier.com.

[cite: 13]The products offered for sale are original creations, limited edition art prints, or bespoke commission services. Each item is accompanied by a description. The customer confirms their order by clicking the purchase button, which implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

[cite: 13]Prices are indicated in Euros (€). VAT is not applicable, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Elodie CLAVIER reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payments are secured and processed via the Stripe platform by credit/debit card.

[cite: 13]Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided during the order process. Processing and shipping times generally range from 3 to 5 business days. The company cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal services.
[cite: 13]5. Right of Withdrawal
[cite: 13]In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the items (return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer). Please note: in accordance with Article L221-28, this right of withdrawal does not apply to highly personalized or bespoke works made to order.

[cite: 13]These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute or claim, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action before the competent courts.
